Supra is performing system updates this weekend from Friday, October 16, 3 p.m. Pacific Time through Sunday, October 18, 3 p.m. Pacific Time.
Existing keyholders will be able to update and access keyboxes normally. However, during this period the following specific functions will be affected:
SupraNET administrators will not be able to:
assign keys
process payments
update billing addresses
create billing reports
SupraWEB users will not be able to:
perform any SupraWEB functions except obtain an update code
eKEY app keyholders will not be able to:
make payments in the eKEY app
upgrade to eKEY Pro in the eKEY app
call in and use automated phone service to make a payment
