Your input, participation, and ideas are needed at the association! The committees are an integral part of our association’s operations and success each year, and all REALTOR® and Affiliate members can get involved. Please carefully consider your interests and the benefits you will gain by participating on a committee, and then complete the form below to sign up.

The Climate Action Committee serves as a Bridge AOR resource, educating and facilitating activities in support of energy efficiency and greenhouse gas reduction for a sustainable low-carbon future.


Climate Action Committee

This committee works to develop visibility and increase public awareness of the way in which Bridge AOR members give back to the community. Committee members actively build relationships with local charitable organizations and gain “hands-on” experience in fundraising.


Community Foundation

This committee works to plan educational programs, classes and series for members’ continuing education and professional development. Committee members research continuing education opportunities and up-to-date certification information and recruit speakers to present on these topics.

Plans the association’s annual installation and awards banquet where the incoming officers and directors are installed and the REALTOR of the Year and Affiliate Awards are presented. Raises funds from sponsors. Meets 4 to 6 times a year


Installation Committee

This committee works to establish relationships with local officials and key decision makers regarding real estate issues. Committee members increase their community awareness and become politically active through their involvement in this committee.


Local Government Relations Committee

This committee provides oversight of MLS policies, publications, and forms. They oversee all computerized services, including the monitoring of the performance standards contained in the MLS contract.

This committee is made up of the Grievance committee, Pro Standards Committee and administered by a certified Pro Standards Administrator. On behalf of the Bridge Association of Realtors®, these committees are responsible for enforcing the REALTORS® Code of Ethics.

This committee serves as a resource for REALTORS® who work with senior clients. Committee members will learn about programs designed to help seniors as well as how to address problems faced by our senior clients.


REALTORS® Resource for Seniors Committee

One of the most important services organized real estate provides is representation in the halls of government. REALTOR® Action Fund (RAF) raises money to advance the goals of our REALTOR® political action committees (PACs) at the local, state, and federal levels of government. RAF supports and/or opposes candidates for elected office who understand, or don’t understand, REALTOR® Issues.
