New COVID-19 Guidelines for Real Estate Offices in Alameda County and Berkeley (6/12)

Dear Bridge AOR Members, The new Shelter-In-Place Orders which went into effect on June 8 in Alameda County and the City of Berkeley contain new guidelines for businesses.   Appendix A, previously known as the Social Distancing Protocol, has now been replaced with a Site Specific Protection Plan Template. This COVID-19 Site-Specific Protection Plan (Revised Appendix A) applies to all businesses, and gives a two week grace period to businesses already allowed to be operating under prior orders. Real Estate offices that are open in Alameda County and the City of Berkeley will need to follow the Site-Specific Protection Plan by June 22nd. For more information, please follow the links below.
