The Green Home Tour is a free virtual tour of East Bay homes, plus extra talks with experts. This 2-day event happens:

Sundays June 6 & 13, 10 am – 2 pm

You’ll see behind the scenes, learn some do’s and don’ts, from real-life situations!

Be sure to tune in the first weekend to learn about Induction Cooktops, when Climate Action Committee Chair Arlene Baxter will host a session on the myths and realities of Induction Cooking in a session called Plug In, Turn On & Cook Up! You’ll learn about options, advantages and see them at work!

About this event

Learn what neighbors are doing with their homes to combat climate change, improve air quality, generate clean energy, and move towards a safer, healthier, greener future. Each tour segment consists of a 10-minute video tour followed by a live 10-minute Q&A with the homeowner or tenant. Extras include an induction cooking demonstration and experts who can fill you in on heat pumps, air quality, solar storage, power outages, rebates, and more.
