Each June, NAR REALTOR® News features 30 young rising stars in the real estate industry. To determine who makes the 30 Under 30 list, the REALTOR® Magazine staff looks for candidates who are successful in the real estate business and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers.

NAR members who are under the age of 30 as of May 31, 2026, are invited to apply for the next class of 30 Under 30. Whether you're a groundbreaking solo agent, a visionary team leader or a trailblazing broker-owner, this could be your year!
