In honor of Juneteenth, the Bridge Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors made a motion at June's Board of Directors Meeting to donate $5,000 to the Black Lives Matter Movement on the behalf of our membership. Juneteenth is the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States, dating back to 1865. This day is celebrated to promote and cultivate knowledge and appreciation of African American freedom, achievement, history, and culture. Dear Bridge AOR Members, The new Shelter-In-Place Orders which went into effect on June 8 in Alameda County and the City of Berkeley contain new guidelines for businesses.   Appendix A, previously known as the Social Distancing Protocol, has now been replaced with a Site Specific Protection Plan Template. This COVID-19 Site-Specific Protection Plan (Revised Appendix A) applies to all businesses, and gives a two week grace period to businesses already allowed to be operating under prior orders. Real Estate offices that are open in Alameda County and the City of Berkeley will need to follow the Site-Specific Protection Plan by June 22nd. For more information, please follow the links below.

Feel free to contact Bridge AOR's Government Affairs Director with questions or concerns: kiran@bridgeaor.org
